Responsibilities:
- Assist in the deployment of computers, printers, and barcode scanners
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals
- Respond to inquiries and requests for assistance from employees regarding IT issues
- Connect new computers, printers and scanners to the wifi
- Ensure security and privacy of data, networks, and systems
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a PC Tech or similar role
- Solid knowledge of wifi connections
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
